Fast Shipment
Order will normally be shipped on the fourth working day when receiving your eyeglass frame. Upon verification of your payment, customer will receive detailed information about your order online. You will be informed immediately if there is a delay in the delivery.
For fast and secure delivery of your order, Optic Clear provides courier service to your designated address. The package usually takes about 2 to 3 business days to deliver depending on your location.
Exchange / Return Guarantee
Optic Clear wants every customer to be happy and satisfied shopping with us. A 30-day money back guarantee for all the eyeglass lenses supplied by us. Unlike other products, once the lenses are fabricated according to your frame and prescription, we cannot re-stock them. The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply reasons that are beyond our control. Such as wrong prescription provided by customer. Credit card users
