Track Your Order
Email will be sent once the package is shipped. For standard delivery, the shipping period is about 5 to 10 days. For courier service, a tracking number will be sent by email. You can also login to my account information under my orders to obtain the tracking number. Package will be delivered in 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Customers will be informed immediately if there is any delay in the delivery.

Return/Exchange
Kindly refer to our Exchange/Return Policy to find out the terms of returning. In order for us to process the return items, you must use the Return Request Form. You have to login to my account information and use the Return Request Form. State clearly the reasons of returning the items to obtain a Return Authorisation Code (RAC) from us by email. All return items without our RAC will be rejected.
