1. Eyeglass lenses with wrong prescription. Customer supplied the wrong prescription does not apply but we will review your situation.
2. Poor workmanship. Eyeglass lenses do not fit correctly to the frame.
3. The eyeglass lenses ordered are different from what you received. This includes different brand and reflective index.
4. Any alteration, damage, scratches or blemishes in some way will not be accepted.
5. Optic Clear will not be liable for any package that we do not receive. You are advised to insure your package that is being sent to us.
6. We reserve the right to accept or reject any return items.
