All sales from Optic Clear are subject to the Terms of Sales as stipulated below.
Acceptance of Sales
All prices are quoted mainly in US$ and we accept multiple currencies. The prices quoted do not include shipping charges, import duties and taxes as required by some countries. We can assist purchasers in the import duties and taxes if requested.
Warranty
Optic Clear thoroughly examines and inspects all eyeglass lenses to be free from defects before shipment. We sell only brand new authentic lenses. All lenses come with standard warranty from manufacturers. Warranty period for the respective brands are as below.

Warranty does not cover eyeglass lenses that have been altered or damaged due to improper usage. Other terms and conditions of warranty from the respective manufacturers applied.
Shipping & Delivery
Optic Clear normally ships all the orders within 4 business days for normal range lenses. Custom made & Special lenses might take slightly longer time. You will receive information via email once the package is shipped.
For standard delivery, the shipping period is about 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. For courier service, a tracking number will be sent to you by email. You can also login to my account information under my orders to obtain the tracking number. Package will be delivered in 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Customers will be informed immediately if there is any delay in the delivery.

Shipping Address
For standard shipping, customers can use P.O. Boxes or Mailbox as your shipping addresses. Customers must provide a physical shipping address for courier service. Optic Clear is not responsible for any missing packages due to wrong or incorrect addresses provided by the purchasers.
For your protection, please arrange with the delivery person to pick up your package personally. You can call our appointed courier to make such arrangement. We are not responsible for any lost of package caused by unauthorized person who signed for the package at your designated address.
If the package is sent as a gift, kindly provide the name of person, address and telephone number when you order. All gifts will be wrapped and attached with appropriate greeting cards.
